Futbologika is one of the first projects in Russia about careers in the football industry. For ten years we have been preparing people and bringing them into clubs — first as a project for preparing specialists, now also as an HR agency and consultancy for clubs.
One of the first projects about football careers in Russia. Ten years of experience and reputation.
Alexander Kim — former head of development at FC Sochi. Direct connections at Russian Premier League and FNL clubs.
After the programme — an internship, a portfolio and recommendations to clubs. The project's main asset is the people already working in the industry.
Scout's handbook
Eleven positions in a 4–3–3. Tap a circle to open the requirements for the role: its place in the structure, the essentials, what sets a strong player apart, metrics and red flags. Based on lectures from the “Scout” track.
For professionals
An online programme, a live mentor with Russian Premier League club experience and an internship. Price, duration and what you get at the end — up front, no “leave a request to find out”.
Finding and assessing players for a specific club task: reports, shortlists, working with databases and video.
Video analysis of the opponent and your own team, working with metrics, data and AI-based tools.
How a club works from the inside: commercial, marketing, sponsors, fan engagement and matchday.

For clubs and partners
We have a database of 57,464 contacts and 500 alumni over ten years. We know who is worth what, because we prepared them ourselves and keep supporting them. Plus consulting on a club's commercial side and marketing.
Scouts, analysts, academy managers, commercial and marketing managers. We search our own alumni base — people we prepared and support personally. A test assignment, an assessment, two candidates to choose from, with a replacement guarantee.
A review of the club's commercial department: sponsorship packages, matchday, fan engagement, media. We have projects underway — what exactly and with what results, we will tell you in private.
We select the best alumni of a track for your task and place them with you as interns. The club sees the person at work before taking them on staff, and the specialist gets a real way into the industry.
Questions
All tracks run online and the mentor works remotely. Geography is no obstacle: our alumni work from Kaliningrad to Makhachkala, from Orenburg to Yerevan, Tashkent and Madrid. Where you physically are is simply not the deciding question.
It depends on the track. A scout analyses live PFL, FNL and Russian Premier League matches, writes player reports and builds a shortlist, and works in Rustat and partner services. An analyst prepares an opponent analysis for a specific match: game model, metrics, clips, a presentation for the coaching staff. A manager works on the club's matchday and commercial side — sponsorship package, attendance, fan engagement, media. In every track the practical work is done on real tasks, and what you produce becomes your portfolio.
No. The project's founders came into football from other professions themselves. Among our alumni are people from IT, journalism and amateur football.
Yes, we have a legal entity and a contract. Write to us through the form for clubs and we will arrange it.
We don't let people go after the last session. Next comes an internship, help with a portfolio and a CV tailored to specific clubs, recommendations and career support. That is the whole point of the project: not to sell a place on a programme, but to give a real opportunity to enter the industry.
