Frequently asked questions
I'm not from Moscow or St Petersburg. Is that a problem?
All tracks run online and the mentor works remotely. Geography is no obstacle: our alumni work from Kaliningrad to Makhachkala, from Orenburg to Yerevan, Tashkent and Madrid. Where you physically are is simply not the deciding question.
What does the practical work include?
It depends on the track. A scout analyses live PFL, FNL and Russian Premier League matches, writes player reports and builds a shortlist, and works in Rustat and partner services. An analyst prepares an opponent analysis for a specific match: game model, metrics, clips, a presentation for the coaching staff. A manager works on the club's matchday and commercial side — sponsorship package, attendance, fan engagement, media. In every track the practical work is done on real tasks, and what you produce becomes your portfolio.
Do I need playing experience or a coaching licence?
No. The project's founders came into football from other professions themselves. Among our alumni are people from IT, journalism and amateur football.
A club wants to send an employee on a track. Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we have a legal entity and a contract. Write to us through the form for clubs and we will arrange it.
What happens after the track?
We don't let people go after the last session. Next comes an internship, help with a portfolio and a CV tailored to specific clubs, recommendations and career support. That is the whole point of the project: not to sell a place on a programme, but to give a real opportunity to enter the industry.
